Off topic but I'm finally putting together my product to share my journey to perfect credit. It's gonna be awesome.

Other than that, I just wanted to share my stats for my local newsletter...

Over the course of 5 months... I got 1000 leads at a bare minimum budget. I'm spending 2-5 hours a week creating a newsletter. It also doubles up as an article work horse. Working with business to bring in advertising dollars and scale. Sprinkle in the affiliate links if you want, I do.

This is just a fraction of what I'm capable of doing. 

No more cold outreach, this is a warm engaged audience. look at my open rates and click through rates.

With typical affiliate marketing, you'd be lucky to get 20% opens and 2% click throughs.
